The Future According to Google Search Results – In the Year 2076 Average Scientific Paper Will Have More Than 24 Authors

If we are to believe Randall Munroe, the maker of the brilliant xkcd.com comic, the future of the next 100 years is easily searchable via Google, and we are to look forward to such things as robots given same rights as humans in 2056, mankind genetically engineered to be happy in 2044, smoking to end in New Zealand by 2058, and what is most welcomed in the open access publishing world, average scientific paper to have more than 24 authors by the year 2076. However, only two years after that, newspapers will become obsolete and die out and although UK population will double by 2080, the world population will decline to one billion soon after which the robot policemen will be introduced.
